Our Recruiter On-Demand (ROD) option specializes in fulfilling your immediate hiring business objectives. This solution provides focused support during challenging periods of the recruitment cycle such as peak hiring, hard-to-fill positions, compressed time frames, and special projects.

Basic Service

  • Candidate sourcing through reaching out to a network of passive and active candidates, and review of Calidad’s database of current applicants.

  • Forwarding all resumes to the hiring manager that fit minimum job or profile requirements

Mid-Level Service

  • Candidate sourcing through reaching out to a network of passive and active candidates, and review of Calidad’s database of current applicants.

  • Strategic ad placement

  • Pre-screen candidates based on an agreed-upon set of qualifying and knock out questions.

  • Presentation to the client hiring manager of qualifying candidates to include a brief summary of each candidate presented.

Senior Level Service

  • Candidate sourcing through reaching out to a network of passive and active candidates, and review of Calidad’s database of current applicants.

  • Strategic ad placement

  • Pre-screen candidates based on an agreed-upon set of qualifying and knock out questions.

  • Conducting thorough phone and in-person or video interviews with prospective candidates (depending on market location) to determine interest, availability and fit with the experience requirements of the position.

  • Presentation to client of top candidates for the job opening, with additional information provided regarding experience, soft skills (personality etc.), reasons for looking for a new position, and recent salary history and expectations.

Full Service

  • Candidate sourcing through reaching out to a network of passive and active candidates, and review of Calidad’s database of current applicants.

  • Strategic ad placement

  • Pre-screen candidates based on an agreed-upon set of qualifying and knock out questions.

  • Conducting thorough phone and in-person or video interviews with prospective candidates (depending on market location) to determine interest, availability, and fit with the experience requirements of the position.

  • Scheduling of all interviews with both client and candidates.

  • Follow up with client and candidate following each interview to gauge continuing interest, and any questions, concerns, or potential issues.

  • Thorough reference checks for candidates identified as top choices by clients.

  • Negotiation of offer package on behalf of the client, as well as consultation with the client regarding candidate expectations, market competitiveness of offer and commission structures, etc.
